How can hobbies make a person beautiful? Doesn't it depend on the hobbie? I knew a woman once who made center pieces for the Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner table. Her work was so beautiful that it made others ask about her who had never seen her at all, "Who made that wonderful center piece there...?" What hobbies do you think fit into the same arena?
I think a hobby is something that someone does for fun or for personal satisfaction. It's soemthing you don't have to do, but you choose to do it. I think the traditional things like knitting, sewing, carpentry, things like that are nice and create beautiful, aesthetically pleasing items, but they do not reflect a truly beautiful person. A rapist, murderer or pedophile can all be equally talented in many of these hobbies.

It's not unique for someone to be crafty or talented enough to create beautiful things. It IS unique for that same person to do so for a better cause than themselves--such as donating time to knit booties for crack babies. Or making christening gowns for "bereavement" packs, given to mtohers of stillborn babies.
A hobby that would make someone unconditionally beautiful to me, would be one that gives back to others, helping a fellow human being or just loving someone who needs to be loved.--True less...
