I don't think all the men on here are just wanting to play games just to get laid or hurt the women they hook up with. I think that men are just a particular as women are and if we are giving out the heart and booty before an actual connection has been made by both parties then we are to blame for our own heartache. I also think that some guys and some girls too get too intimidated and chicken out. This is not necessarily done to hurt anyone, but look, if you are only emailing someone for a month and the guy disappears for no reason at all, why are you going to feel all "betrayed" and "fooled" and such? Some people bring their heartache unto themselves, honey.

I have met a couple of guys from LF, and I don't think that any of them intended to hurt me.. . nor did I intend to hurt any of them, either. It just didn't work out.

I have been around here long enough to see A LOT of women blog about how they have been talking to so-and-so online for months now, talking about getting married and making a family, then all of a sudden the guy backs out. Well I wonder why Hmm? Never met, just thought they had gotten to know each other well enough through emails. They walk right into "love" without being in love, and they make themselves victims.

Don't get me wrong, I am a bleeding heart to an extent... but when I see blogs like this one and others who cry out because of the injustice of online dating, I feel compelled to say, truthfully - Stop selling yourselves short, you really know better than that. less...

As with any thing there are those who want to belittle what the do not understand or to ridicule those who are not like them. and then there are those who are compassionate. I know from personal experience the damaging effects that only seeing the figure of the person that you love and not taking in to consideration the whole person. because of my arrogance I lost the favor of a Lady that probably saved my life , but I betrayed her by turning away from her because she was not a size 0. It is for real. We are in an age of humiliation as a form of entertainment. It's sad. I myself am real. I enjoy woman, but I have always enjoyed my woman with some substance. I like cruves and conture to a woman. The thing I love the most are those woman that have size and confidence. My experience has been bad so far, it appears as if my screen name is being passed around or being used by the same guy under different names trying to scam money.
